Legal Framework & Compliance
Tawkeel acts as a purchasing agent (Wakala bi-Ajr / الوكالة بأجر), pursuant to Articles 571 et seq. of the Algerian Civil Code. The client issues a mandate; Tawkeel executes it. Tawkeel is not the direct seller of the software subscription.
The Mandate
Nothing is ordered without an explicit request.
Each order originates from a distinct mandate: service selection, beneficiary account ID, and agreed DZD amount.
Tawkeel handles subscription checkout and settlement with the official publisher on the client's behalf.
The total amount in Algerian Dinars is firm, guaranteed, and communicated prior to order execution.
What is Excluded
Tawkeel does not sell inventory it does not hold.
- No pre-held speculative subscription inventory.
- Strict prohibition of selling what one does not own (عدم بيع ما لا يملك).
- No claim of authorized direct distributorship of mentioned publishers.
- No password requests. The account email or username is sufficient.
Trademarks & Payment Rails
Product trademarks remain the exclusive property of their publishers.
Canva, Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic, JetBrains, GitHub, Google, Figma, and Notion are referenced solely to identify the service to activate. Tawkeel holds no rights over them.
The client settles in DZD: bank transfer, CCP postal order, corporate check, or certified payment gateway (Edahabia / CIB).
